Chardonnay IGT

A grape variety planted in the Bologna hills for four decades, considered an “international” variety which, even in this territory, is capable of delivering excellent results. The whole harvested grapes are pressed to produce a very intense wine, showing a deep yellow color. On the nose, the exotic fruit notes that characterize this variety are clearly expressed: banana, papaya, and mango, long-lasting and accompanied by hints of dried fruit due to the grapes being harvested at the limit of full maturity.
