Sauvignon IGT Emilia

A grape variety long established in the hills of Bologna, with a tradition of enthusiasts who appreciate its distinctive varietal aromas. To achieve the fullest expression of these varietal characteristics, the vineyard was planted with several French clones which, combined with harvesting the grapes in a slightly overripe state, produce an intense and elegant wine of great finesse. On the nose, the typical aromas of the variety are predominant, with green notes reminiscent of fig leaf and tomato leaf, accompanied on the palate by an intense fruity flavor.
