A typical wine of the Bolognese Hills, produced from the grape of the same name. The whole grapes are gently pressed to obtain the base must, which is then fermented in a pressurized tank (autoclave) at a controlled temperature. This allows the retention of the carbon dioxide naturally produced during fermentation, creating the natural sparkle of the wine through the Charmat method.
The resulting wine shows a pleasant acidity that provides a fresh and lively sensation, perfectly complementing its crisp bubbles.
The aroma is pleasantly fruity, with notes of white fruit leading into the characteristic almond finish typical of the grape, perceived at the end of the tasting.
